Thanks Jelly and Kaleigh. It is my favorite but I worry it will be a bit small. I think it would make very nice dangle earrings. It is 5.5 mm across so would be a little bit larger than my 1/2 ct solitaire pendant and I like that size on me just fine.
Freke, I have not got to see them in person and I won’t have time to go look until next month. The one thing I don’t like about #4 is the point on the bottom.
DH97 I agree #1 is small but as long as it is sparkly I think the size will be okay. I had a pink sapphire about that size that only had a diamond accent – no halo of diamonds – and I liked it okay except the pink blended in to my skin so you couldn’t really see it over about 5 feet away. I don’t think the blue will do that.
IrishBreakfast, I do like the design of #1 as well.
I might go to the mail tonight and see if I can find something similar in size to try on. I can return whichever one I get or exchange it if I don’t like it but would like to get it right the first time.
I voted for the first one - it is the most timeless.
Are these all the same price?
If not, and you have some wiggle-room in your budget, could you get it made with a slightly larger stone (since you mentioned that you worry it will be a bit small.)
Thanks for voting San Diego Lady, Rosa and Omieluv.
San Diego Lady, I kind of like the heart too but #1 is a great match with my ring.
Rosa, all 4 are within $60 of each other and I don’t mind if I spend more. That’s a great idea to ask about buying a larger stone for the center. I could get a matching stone for the one in the center and have them make studs. I’ll check on that. Thanks for putting that thought in my head.
Omieluv, I actually find I like this color a bit better than my traditional sapphire.
