Who wants to see my haul from today?

I haven't shared any thrift store finds for a while, so here are a few new items.
This is a nice Delft bowl dating to 1956

The pearls are an endless strand (48 inches) of inexpensive freshwater pearls. The amber pendant is large. The bail is marked 923 silver, which leads me to believe it is vintage.

Next is a gorgeous Aynsley Cobalt decorated bowl dating 1910-1925.

This is a burled wood cigar box that I had to have!

These two gemstone inlaid marble boxes are from India.

And lastly, this is an antique painted decanter in the "Mary Gregory" style. I had to research this one. Apparently, a lady named Mary Gregory started painting children on glass and it became popular with all the glass makers at the time. This decanter dates to about 1900.

I have a little dish I put my vitamins in at my house in Pa! I think that’s the pattern! I have to wait two weeks now to check!

Yes, Delft. I was hoping it was older, but the mark on the bottom correlates to 1956. But for $4.00, I'm still happy!

@MamaBee, I am from Pa also. Born and raised 30 miles south of Pittsburgh.

Haha, so near-yet so far!
I really miss Pa. I still get homesick after 20 years!

If you ever take a trip back, let me know and we can meet up for jewels and tea. PA isn’t that far from us.

I would like nothing more! That would be so much fun!
One day..........

The sun came out!! I was beginning to feel like the new Seattle with all the rain and gray days.

I made a post in SMTB with all the stats and pictures....lots of pictures :lol-2:

I was bad today... my intention was to purchase an inexpensive watch chain to see if I really liked it, but then I saw this at one of my favorite shops. More expensive than I'd like, but the fob is a locket and it's just so versatile. And I'd really love for that shop to make it through all this!

@Ontheblackrock15, it’s so be pretty and amazing that the locket was with it as well. Is it gold-filled?

Beautiful! I love the agate!

Stopped into a little antique store today and this just seemed too perfect for a ring lover like yours truly. Look at the flowers :kiss2:

Ohhh maybe I will and post a pic :Up_to_something:

Any good finds for you lately @stracci2000? I am on the hunt for a Hoosier cabinet but they are so expensive here:roll2:

@YadaYadaYada
Hoosier cabinets are so nice! Are you going for a vintage vibe in your decorating?
I havent been finding much lately.
And now our governor is going to shut down non-essential businesses again through 11/30.
So no thrift stores will be open, and my antique mall will be closed, too.
It just gets better and better.
The last decent thing I found was this Wedgwood bowl from the 1950s.

@stracci2000 I just like old stuff because it’s made so much better than the modern stuff. So it’s more that than any design thing, my design aesthetic is budget functional

I’m so sorry that everything is getting shutdown that really stinks! The bowl is pretty though, great for rings:lol-2:

great for rings:lol-2:

You know, it's all about the rings. They make us happy!
If I didn't have a slew of pretty rings to look at, I'd be a sad, sad girl.......

This ring box is GORGEOUS!! You do know you have to fill that up now, right?

Thanks @MeowMeow, I haven’t seen one like this before in my travels. This is also great because now I will have one central spot for my rings at night.

Beautiful box! Shows off rings perfectly!
