Whoa I can''t believe how good that cut is!

After a major struggle to get all my reports on my diamond and my brilliance scope and then looked up my GIA and EGL reports online and got my numbers finally---

I scored a 1.1 - Excellent on the HCA! YAY!

Supposedly the Star Diamond Group is sending all that official stuff to my jeweler overnight. I finally got sick of my jewelers BS and went directly to GEMEX and the diamond company and they wre more than HAPPY to give me all the info I wanted on my stone, and the SDG rep couldn''t believe how good my eyes were with a 10x loupe. I was thrilled that all my info is registered to my diamond through them though. He pulled it up in the computer! It was cool!

here is a really bad shot of the Gemex Brilliance Scope. I guess this is good?

The story I guess I didn't clarify was that when we bought this diamond the jeweler was to have given us all of the paperwork, dossiers and Brilliance Scopes etc. Well he didn't and said he would mail them. Well the story we got from the diamond company was that the jeweler never actually got copies of any of the paperwork for any of the diamonds they brought in to sell. They said that there was no need and if they needed to they would order them in on a case by case basis. So when we asked he said he would be able to have it in the next day to pick up and when we went to get it the guy said he said he mailed it to us and "I can't believe you didnt get it already" and he said no give it a few more days...so I guess he never bothered then either...the next day or two saying he reordered a new copy turned into the next week turned into the next turned into two weeks. So I eventually was too fed up and mean to wait and called the Star group and Gemex and both said they can have one sent immediately. Imagine that. I have copies of it all from both within 2 freaking hours and the originals being fed ex'd overnight to the jeweler to be picked up around 11am.

What was so freaking difficult?

Well they lost our business other than to buy more stones but even then, if Jonathon gets them Im going through him.
