You know the media is going to track him down.

It kind of reminded me of that State of the State ploy that has become standard in recent years... where the Prez is yabbering along and all of a sudden throws says something like... "just like Jane Doe, a brave American who did this or that and is here tonight along with her family ." Pause for applause from the floor while the camera pans to Jane Doe and family sitting in the gallery. For many years it looked like it wouldn''t be considered a SOS without at least three "jane Does." In recent years (thank you GW!) it''s come down to one or two.

Anyhow, I fully expect to see Joe the Plumber waving at us from the gallery during the first SOS speech no matter who wins the election!

I am considering putting Joe on my heroes list..he is awesome.

I am interested to hear more of what he has to say.

That didn''t take long.

He thought it was surreal that he was mentioned in the debate,
wasn''t too thrilled with Obama''s answer that day.

P.S. DOH!!!! On spelling "plumber" wrong in the title.

Ironically, there seems to be some uncertainty about whether he is registered to vote or not, lol. Does anyone live in Ohio? Is there same day registration/voting?
Pssssst ... someone keep ACORN away from him. I''ll give them $8 NOT to register him.

The Joe file

Two readers with access to the Ohio voter file say that Joe Wurzelbacher''s inluence on this cycle will be limited in one way: He doesn''t appear to be registered to vote.

(And yes, the freelance opposition research on Joe began before the debate ended.)

CORRECTION: The Ohio press reports that he is registered to vote, under a slighlty misspelling of his name.

This guy and his story just will not end.

Now it turns out he would get a tax cut under Obama's plan AND Joe's has liens for not paying his taxes. DOH.

Guess he really doesn't like paying taxes.

Something that brings out the LOL...The United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters has endorsed Obama.

Here's a link to an interview with him on ABC news, if you aren't sick on him yet.

Sigh. I

Joe. My Mom heard Chris the A/C guy today on the news..and met Jeff the cabinet guy. It just keeps getting better!

I just hope that he uses some of the money he ends up making on T-shirt sales to pays his tax lien.

That''s an excellent idea, Maggie! I hope the T-shirts say "I survived the 2008 presidential election!" LOL!

Seriously, I''ve got the radio on the local jazz station and they just talked about Joe the plumber. LOL. What?

Seems he''s not even a licensed plumber. This guy can''t be for real.

In the infamous words of Caribou Barbie..."Say it ain''t so Joe"
20.gif

You aren''t a licensed plumber.

You don''t make anything even close to the tax issues you''re so hot about.

You don''t pay your taxes.

and you got on National TV and spouted off
23.gif
...yeah that was real bright

Even better was McCain mentioning him more than 20 times to use him as a symbol of hard-working Americans who would be hurt by Obama''s tax policies. Just goes to show Mac''s watchdogs are laying down on the job. They didn''t do a very good job of vetting Sarah either
38.gif

And he hates Social Security! Wants it abolished! Maybe he''ll have McCain''s ear since McCain was going around today saying they''re gonna be "good pals".

31.gif

And the smear campaign of the media begins again on someone WHO IS NOT RUNNING FOR OFFICE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!!
27.gif
27.gif
If this guy were not against Obama, would this be happening?????
23.gif
OK, I am done.

After the smear campaign on him, do you think he is going to be undecided for long?

If McCain makes good on his promise to "pal around with him", I''m certain he''ll end up voting for OBAMA.

i agree with the plumber.

What''s wrong with the Sammy Davis Jr. comment?

He''s arguably one of the best entertainers out there, and Joe the Plumber (tm) felt like Obama was dancing around the question. Are you telling me that people are calling out the "r" word again?

Not at all. My issue was with the fact that he said Obama "tap danced" around the question when in reality, he gave him a very thorough, thoughtful answer. Joe could have said something like, "He answered my question, but I still don't agree with his position," but he didn't. And that, in my opinion, was pretty classless.

Love Joe and love the conspiracy theories about him - that tells me he is really getting under the skin of democrats.

Pretty sure I saw some thing about the Keating five earlier, correct? Even Deco said it was bull obviously..just saying it''s obvious he pushed the right buttons. Between the Joe bashing and new theories - he got to them.

I wouldn''t say he''s "getting" to Democrats. We (I) find him (and the fuss over him) ridiculous- his dodging taxes, the fact that he''d actually save more under Obama''s plan, claiming he doesn''t "want" the cut, etc.

It''s goofy.
