I haven't used William Travis, but I like the shop.
The bench person at GW was an older gentleman. Also, the shop was quite unprofessional on several occasions and did not know their stuff.
My friend had a ring custom made there by the owner that had less than stellar workmanship.
I hate to be negative, but in this case I don't think they deserve for me to keep quiet. The ring they ruined was my Mother's Tiffany diamond wedding band - irreplaceable - and then they tried to tell me that it had probably come from Tiffany's with the damage.
