Whose collection would you want, and why?

Ok, just cause @DorotheaBrooke got specific, how about the rent-a-piece program if you can't afford the whole collection?

By item:
Earrings: @yssie's VCA pave cosmos in WG, @carbonfan's CER studs from Victor
Bangles: @m-2-b's VCA clover bangle (no one has the single row...yet)
Pendant: no one's - my long term project
RHR: no one's - I'm working on it
e-ring: I'm keeping mine. It's perfect for me.
 
I can’t choose. I love something about everyone’s collection. Truth.

I appreciate it all even when it’s not something I’d wear. I see the beauty in it nonetheless.

My taste runs to antique but that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the gorgeous modern diamonds and pieces.
I love it ALL.

And I love the PSers who generously share with us. Thank you for brightening our day with blingtastic breathtaking pieces. :kiss2:

What’s more special are the PSers themselves. Who shine more brightly than their gorgeous bling. Inside and out. I mean it. I’ve seen the true beauty and it‘s PSers themselves. The bling is just gravy. So to speak. ♥️

E-ring + RHR: @Neptune (I'd still keep my e-ring, but maybe make a moi et toi with that killer pear shaped emerald. Side note that it was way too hard to pick just one picture of that EC)

And then you’ve got people in your phone contacts listed by PS handle…

And then your other half uses your phone for something and asks you about all those strange names and chat groups…

My first stops on this hypothetical, genie-enabled marauding would be @Neptune , @HollyC and, of course, @yssie .

Neptune’s ring collection includes a (generous) example of every gemstone I’d like to own someday, all executed in clean, fresh-yet-timeless settings. She wears them so well, too. I would love to borrow all of her shocking-colored furs and such. Pretty please.

HollyC’s collection includes some of my favorite iconic, design-forward pieces: gold Peretti Bone Cuff, Serpenti Tubogas watch, Taffin-inspired pear-shaped diamond ring, etc, etc. Like…if I believed in ~manifestation~, I’d have a vision board exclusively featuring screenshots of her collection, lol.

And then you have yssie’s collection. Every piece is so thoughtful and comes with a story — there’s a real, harrowing journey, man. The knowledge that I can’t have the same, not for love nor money, makes it all the more enviable :lol:. Another PS friend described yssie as a true “patron of the arts” when it comes to jewelry, and I have to agree! And not just because I hope shameless flattery will inspire her to lend me a few things…
