Whose collection would you want, and why?

HollyC’s collection includes some of my favorite iconic, design-forward pieces: gold Peretti Bone Cuff, Serpenti Tubogas watch, Taffin-inspired pear-shaped diamond ring, etc, etc. Like…if I believed in ~manifestation~, I’d have a vision board exclusively featuring screenshots of her collection, lol.

And then you have yssie’s collection. Every piece is so thoughtful and comes with a story — there’s a real, harrowing journey, man. The knowledge that I can’t have the same, not for love nor money, makes it all the more enviable :lol:. Another PS friend described yssie as a true “patron of the arts” when it comes to jewelry, and I have to agree! And not just because I hope shameless flattery will inspire her to lend me a few things…

I'm newbie when it comes to forums but I LOVE JEWELRY, so I feel like I just might have found my people.

Can someone please tell me how this works? How can I see everyone's different collections? not sure how to get to them.

Thanks for your help and I can't wait to dig deeper into PS.
 
Omg. Yes!! @Phoenix. One eyeing ALLLL her VCA. And of course @missy ’s black opal from Cartier. That is just a one in a million piece.

Ok, adding to the list:
I take it back. The ultimate RHR is @missy’s black opal from Cartier. What a visionary her Dad was to buy that for her Mom.
And wait, @missy ’s OEC studs. Those make me droooooool.
And @hathalove ’s whole Cartier arm party. Though I couldn’t carry it off they way she does.

And @Tonks ’s black sub, even though I could never rock it. It’s how she wears it.

Click on their name, and check out past posts. It’s a labour of love discovering what kind of a collection someone has! Many of the users on here have simply gotten to know what people have, by observing over time.

Give me @MamaBee and @junebug17 ever growing collection! I don’t always see a thread for their pieces but I swoon when they post pictures in different threads and always have to ask for more details bc both have gorgeous collections! And of course, @Acinom! A PS icon!

I might have- looking at a stone this weekend :) 6 carat + gia H antique cushion. Fingers crossed this is the one !

Haha it will just be a loose stone, so figuring out a setting will be harder. I guess I have to figure out what to do with my David Michael Jewels halo ring from Isla.

LOL Oh man, it's 12.2 X 11.4 mm and I have a size 3.75/4 finger sooooo probably not. But i do love intricate settings- I am not just a plain solitaire person it would need some pizazz.

Hi @Mreader -

The ones I had were dismantled some time ago. They were simply too heavy for my ears. Altho these new ones are a larger ctw, they use a lot less metal, so will be lighter to wear. Also for aesthetic reasons, as well as the weight on my ear, I wanted to get rid of as much metal as possible. I want all twinkle!

I believe Audrey Hepburn said, "Happiness is health and a short memory." I must be very happy because my memory is very short. I can't always recall which tiny treasure belongs to which lovely PS-er.

But I have a vivid memory of @Niel's ring family, which was my inspiration when I first joined PS. I also recall @icy_jade's gorgeous collection on an octopus. I remember actual octopus jewelry, too, which I adored but can't find now.

I love @Catmom's creature collection, and I've enjoyed @RunningwithScissors' VCA journey. Her whole collection is divine.
