whose going to use their tax rebate in their diamond/engagment ring fund?

just wanted to see who will be using their tax rebate as part of their diamond or engagement ring fund... its not that much money but obviously it will help if you are wanting to spend a bit more on the diamond/ring. i make more then 75k so ill be getting less then 600 bux...

also anyone know if the current state of the economy will help diamond purchases with more leverage in getting a better deal?
