So if you guys saw my "overwhelmed" post a few days ago, I was pretty stressed out and I wasn''t going to get to see K for another week because of the conference I was at all weekend. Well, I was reminded of what a great guy I have that night when he surprised me by driving down just for the night to make me feel better!
You know you''ve got a keeper when he drops everything and drives 2 hours to see you because you''re having the week from hell.
It made me feel so much better just to have him here for a night.
If you lovely ladies have followed our story at all, he still hasn''t heard back after 5 (count ''em) interviews at one company, so he''s starting to send in resumes again. It''s so frustrating...you''d think with a masters degree, 7 years of applicable and high level work experience, a great cover letter and glowing references, he''d have an easier time finding a job. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know, and keep that fairy dust coming!
