Last week I purchased a great looking matched pair of .94 tcw diamonds from Faulhaber Diamond Cutting in San Diego. The same person I bought wife’s ring from 10 years ago and was very happy with results.

The price was $2450 for everything. No tax.
Details: ladies 14kt white gold diamond earrings 2 round brilliant cut weighing .94 tcw, G /SI1

For those on this board who recommended G for color I thank you because they truly do show well. The only problem is that her wedding ring is an I color and she says you can really see the difference. Oh well. The size was also a winner, again because of the knowledge gained from this board. Not to big to make one cautious about daily wear yet big enough to show off.

Was this a fair price? Come on I know you have some thoughts. I might have saved some going online but I was happy with first purchase and was treated well, also diamonds last time appraised as listed.

Thanks again

Would love to see pics of them in her ears!

They sound beautiful!

I don''t know about the price...you can check here on Pricescope for comparable stones.

As for the G looking whiter than her I engagement ring, all I can say is...upgrade.

I think you answered your own question. Congrats on the purchase.
