Will Heating of Sapphire dissolve the inclusions in it

I have a unheated Montana Sapphire with visible rutile inclusions (red in color ) across the face of it. I need help from experts here to conclude my decision to heat it. Will heating of the sapphire will dissolve the inclusions?

Sometimes it does. Silk or fine needles are often an indication that very low temperature heating or no heating has occurred. However, depending on the needle, heating the stone is not a guarantee it will completely disappear.
