I''ve got my eye set on a new sparklie! I was out shopping with my mom this evening, and I tried on the most gorgeous ring with a canary center stone which was bezel set with pave shoulders. I WANT IT!

I can''t buy both, so it''s between this ring and a hot tub. I could really use the hot tub, since my arthritis has been plauging me quite a bit lately, and soaking in a hot tub would do me a world of good. But the ring is soooooo pretty!

I actually have a jacuzzi tub in the master bath, but it''s not that deep. I can''t really get up to my neck in nice hot water the way that I''d like. Besides, everytime I want to get in the jacuzzi, the kids think they have to get in there with me. There we sit, the three of us in our bathing suits in the bathtub! The only upside to that is, with three people in the the tub, the water level does rise pretty well!

My girlfriend''s parents got a hot tub a few years back. They put it out on an inclosed back porch. My friend said she was terrified of walking into her parents'' house and finding them naked!

I don''t think I''d be all that happy to find my parents naked in a hot tub, either! I have a good place to put one. We have a walk-out basement with a patio, and it''s underneath the deck. There''s a stairs leading up to the upper level deck from the patio. It''s pretty secluded, and it''s accessed easliy from either the basement, OR the deck, OR the back yard even. There''s more than enough room there, plus there is a bathroom with a shower right inside the basement to use as a changing room. I just don''t know...the ring is awfully pretty, too. It''s a yellow gold ring with a pale yellow center stone and white stones pave set in white gold on the shoulders of the ring. It''s way cool looking, and would make a GORGEOUS RH ring! But I already have so many rings, several of the recent aquisitions. I feel kind of spoiled on even wanting more sparklies. The hot tub is something the whole family could enjoy, and I would get one that seats at least 5 or 6 people. If I really begged, I could probably get both, but then I would feel like I couldn''t spend any more money for the rest of the season

I''ve never asked, so I don''t know...but how do jewelry stores feel about bringing a camera and taking pictures? They only had the one ring, and this store didn''t have any catalogs or anything like that with a picture in it. Dang, I wish I had a camera phone now...lol. My husband had one, but he has misplaced it somewhere. Maybe I''ll have to clean the house a little more thoroughly today and see if I can find it...

Wouldn''t replacing the jacuzzi be a big deal? It''s built in with ceramic tile surrounding it. It''s fine to take a bath in, but I was thinking more along the lines of sitting in a hot tub with my hubby, sipping on margaritas with some soft jazz playing in the background (and a big canary diamond ring on my finger...lol).

as far as i know diamonds are the best cure for arthritis.the more you have on the quicker you heal.

As soon as I get the fountain set up, I''ll take a pic and post it. It''s really pretty...two cherubs in an antique bronze finish. This is my mother''s day bonanza I think...lol.
