Would GRS note a girdle chip that is barely eye visible on a cert?

In good reflected light you can just see it. There is a near by but not joined natural triangluar cavity below the girdle that is about 3 times larger and easier to see.

For a colored stone? Never seen anything like that. I don't know that they plot the stones but it might be good to ask them directly.
