I am looking for something to wear in my hair...
The dress will be a tudor-style with lots of pearls round the neckline, long sleeves, push-up bodice and an ivory overskirt on a gold underskirt (with the split at the front so you can see both fabrics).
My veil is an 1880''s 72" embroidered tambour lace, which I want to wear under an up-do. I have very pale skin and dark brown hair.
I came across this, which is a 1920''s ''tiara'' made of waxed flowers to represent orange blossom. I was thinking something to sparkly or too modern might not look right with the dress, and maybe this would.
It''s one of the best condition ones that I have seen, and is very similar to the original, but damaged beyond any repair, tiara which was attached to my veil the first time it was worn.
