Hey ladies...

Welll it''s official! FI and I picked up my long awaited ring a week ago this past Wednesday, right before my sister''s wedding. For those of you who have read my previous threads you know that I really went back and forth about whether or not to wear it to the wedding. Well, after a LOT of thought ......I decided to leave it at home. We only just picked it up the day before I left, and we just figured it would be easier. I''m glad I did, because now I can choose the right time to tell my parents. (We still haven''t officially told them).

BUT...the good news is, now I''m back, the sis is married and I can wear my ring LOUD and PROUD!! Thanks to everyone who helped me and gave their thoughts along the way.

Thanks FrekeChild!! The sis''s wedding was small, intimate and very beautiful. I''m very happy for her. I''ve never her seen her look so beautiful, or so happy.

Thank you ladies for all your kind thoughts about my ring. FI and I certainly love it for sure! Yes, it was hard to leave my new ring @ home for my sister''s wedding, and even harder to hear them make cracks about "when are you getting married??" without saying anything. BUT- everything happens for a reason, and in the end it was nice to see my sis so happy without any other distractions.


Now the fun part begins where we get to tell our families. Hopefully it will all go well.
