What a good girl - I knew you could do it!

Enjoy those rings - that''s what they are made for!

The first day is the hardest . . . it will get easier after this

No, ame has had a problem wearing her rings for long periods of time. Mostly for fear of damaging them in some way. This is HUGE for her and we are so proud of her progress!! Keep it up ame!!

I am going for broke tomorrow. 13 whole hours.

PS I Love your avatar...is that your old band?

Yay!! One hour added at a time. No I got a new one Shhh.

Irina did my avatar, Nan took the pic.

It''s a lovely avatar. A lovely set. I just LOVE your e-ring.

I boldly went where MILLIONS OF NORMAL FOLKS go constantly.

I didn''t even inspect them!!!! I hit my hand (not hard or anything) on my plastic Apple keyboard and had a HARD time not whipping out the loupe...I used the "it''s getting dark out" excuse.

Hooray Ame! Good job!

Try leaving them on when you eat too!

Taking them on and off worries me more. They are much safer on your finger.

I take my jewellery off before bed, so the claws don''t catch on the bed sheets, or if I am doing housework or something particularly messy!

You are really going to have to stick with it, and try not to slip back into your old ways.

So far, so good!!

LOL! Right on!

yes, must eat with them next! Also, not to break your stride Ame, but i wouldn''t remove them away from home...

I lost my wedding band (the real one from our ceremony & all) doing that for sunscreen. :<
*end o'' warning*

So, yeh, eating and then, advanced level is diaper-changing with rings! heehee.

Congrats Miss Ame!

Soon you will be able to wear them all day every day, was your hubby really excited?

YAAY Ame! Doesnt it feel good to have them on and stare at your bling all day? Ive been doing good too, wearing them almost the entire day and the only problem is now I CANT stop staring at the rainbows! LOL

Keep it up girl! WOOOO HOOO!

Ryan didn''t care. Or wouldn''t admit to caring.

I was at home when I ate my nachos. So I just put them in their homes. I will eat with them on most of the time if we are out, I am a lefty and whacking my fork or knife on them freaks me out too. But nachos are way too messy and I can''t deal with cheese or something gunking it up.

I think we are here on PS are very proud of your accomplishment AME!

Question: Why did you remove them when you got your Nacho Belgrande??? I know the chips can be stale but that stale???

well, if this is a rings annoymous support group I need to join I always forget to put my wedding set on.

My husband is a champ and never forgets his.

Not the chips, the funk on the chips. Not fond of the idea of cheese, beans and sourcream gunking it up.

WOOHOO!!!!!

Did I miss a New Year''s Resolution, Ame? Glad you''re making progress toward the full dose of daily-bling-enjoyment you richly deserve.

I showered with my ring the other day for the first time - shampoo & all. Just forgot to take it off -- thought about hanging it but saw the looming drain YIKES!!! Been cooking too & rinsing off dishes etc. ... I like the hot soapy water running over it, it does look sparkly afterwards!

I hate doing anything that I have to get my hands wet with. Water gets up under my ring where the halo is and it take forever to ''drain'' out (well, not forever, but I hate the feeling of my finger being wet under my ring..

It can form rashes even. Then you can''t wear anything till it heals!

Way to go, Ame! I''m proud of you.

And yes, Kaleigh, GREAT new avatar!
