It was a slightly more expensive trip to the jewelers than it ought to have been. Went in for a simple chain repair and left with this moi and toi - oops. It’s a fancy intense .48 carat SI1 and a GVVS .50 on a 18 YG band.

Hi All.
After looking for a ring setting, that not only caught my eye but was also unique, I found the perfect setting from on Etsy... It's from the OroSpot shop and was designed / created by Peter (Piotr) the owner. I got it for the Umbalite garnet I bought from Jeff Davies.
It won't arrive until next week, and have to get the stone set. So, here's a few pics and CAD from OroSpot. I'll also try to figure out how to attach a short video if possible.
The Umbalite garnet will be kite set - the color of the Umbalite should look great with (14k) white gold.

The color is really hard to photo - they are kinda accurate, but then not so at the same time if that makes sense. A lavender/purple often shows up on photos that’s not there.
Won’t have it until Monday - so DK’s video will hold me over till then.
