I've been wanting a zircon bracelet for awhile and finally this week I bought--two! The first arrived with a stone loose in the box and an underwhelming center stone..but her sisters are all lovely puffy crowned old cut beauties so I'm keeping it-- plan to make a bezeled bracelet with them. Then I saw another zircon bracelet and decided to go for it too

Well, I've finally decided to upgrade. I'm pulling apart my three stone and going back to a solitaire.
This will be my new center stone:
Interestingly enough, Brittany, who has gone back and forth with me on this for over a year, is currently away from WF on maternity leave. As a result, after all the work Brittany put into this with me, I'll actually be pulling the trigger with the lovely Michelle! Sorry Brittany! Your help, however, was invaluable!

I love that diamond! I have visited it on the WF site many times!!! Congratulations, @mrs-b!!!
I'm hoping this is my last upgrade, but we'll see. I'd love it to be...but I have a feeling my *very* last upgrade will be a 4ct G VS1. It goes on and on.
My very favorite diamond thus far was my 3.4ct H VS1. I loved that diamond! I've had more expensive ones, but that one was just such a beautifully cut stone. I'm hoping this one - which I've never seen, of course, will be just as lovely. I suspect this one will show more tint, but 4ct is my size sweet spot and VS1 is my ideal clarity. So I'm getting close. If this one isn't *IT*, it will be a very nice stepping stone to my dream diamond.
Fingers crossed!

Ooooh - yes! It would hurt not to be able to use your new SK beauty! I love that setting, @Fabulous50 - it's just glorious! Is it really worth upgrading your diamond, tho? Can you see anything in the cut that you don't like? Lack of sparkle? Light return? Or is it just a mind-clean thing?
For me, it was a clarity thing. And size - of course. But honestly? Clarity mostly. I take a number of macro shots of my ring and, when I do, I can see the inclusions. I know where to look, of course, but even so.... I previously had a 4ct I colored stone - and it was too tinted. I'm hoping this H is ok. If not, then G it is! I'm just REALLY hoping I don't have to go to an F VS1!! We'd be talking around 130k for that, and that's just too rich for my blood, so I'd probably have to go back down to, say, a 3.75? I could live with that, but there's something about that magical 4 at the beginning for me....
Congratulations @mrs-b on this beautiful diamond! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked at it.Well, I've finally decided to upgrade. I'm pulling apart my three stone and going back to a solitaire.

The two diamond sides in my current 3 stone are very precious to me for personal reasons, and I always felt as tho they didn't get the respect they deserved in my 3 stone. I'm considering a moi et toi ring with marquis diamonds. A sort of 'spray' arrangement.
We'll see!

I just got my dream warm OEC from Eragem! They are letting me return the original setting for a generous partial refund, which is wonderful of them. I’m going to set it in a simple unplated white gold 8-prong solitaire. It’s a 5.48ct GIA M VS1 with 50% table and 64.7% depth. I love it!
