This thread reminded me of Toby the cockatoo at my vet's office. LV, I have a feeling you know Toby too, since I think we see the same vet 
Anyway, the office specializes in exotics and birds, so they have Toby living in the waiting room during the day. He's always yelling "Hello Toby!" to guests and is generally hilarious. I took the bunnies in the other day and DH and I couldn't stop watching him - he would slide to the bottom of the cage, then flatten out on the floor and reeeaaaach his feet through the bottom to get at a piece of food. Once he got the dropped food he would climb back up to his perch, dip the food in his water dish, and eat it. Then he would slide back down to start again. So funny!
Another time I was in there when they let him up on the top of the cage. He was doing so many happy birdy flaps and dance moves. The receptionists kept calling out "Dance, Toby!" and he would go nuts with the dance moves. So cute.
