I never thought I'd end up with a halo because I disliked them for a very long time. However, this is what I ended up with! I actually added the halo onto the setting because I felt like my oval lacked some framing! Imagine that!

I can't believe I have never posted any of my halos in here!

Group shot of them all: a vintage ring with pearls as the halo, my 1.58 OEC, my sapphire and rose cut diamond Victorian halo ring, my e-ring (a .93 in halo) and in the front row my pendants which are a pink sapphire oval (which I think originally belonged to cellentani), princess cuts and a blue topaz cushion.

So glad this thread has been bumped as it contains so many lovely treasures. I initially never thought I would ever add a halo as I was not really a halo-type-of-person. But I am really happy I can now add my own blue Zircon ring with octagonal halo and 3 sided pave setting by Victor Canera:
