Here are the two girls I may adopt.
They are 6-month old sisters.

Their mom is a Shih Tzu who had a wild night out on the town.
She should have said "No Gracias, Senor." when that fast-talking Chihuahua offered her tequila.

Oh, those two little gals are adorable!

Here's mom; I got to meet her too.
She is very very mellow.

Even though she was surrounded by 20 screaming, laughing and shoving kids trying to pet her she just sat there unfazed.

Cutest puppies EVER!

They are ADORABLE. I LOVE chihuahuas. I think they''re the cutest ever.. and the little bit of shih-tzu in them makes them even CUTER!!!

ohmygosh ohmygosh ohmygosh.....I just want to kiss those fuzzy little faces, play with those silky ears, and tickle those puppy tummies. They are too cute and destined for pampered poochdom.

No dog is ugly.

If you don't want them, I'll take them. I am serious. Where are they?

And PLEASE ask the owner of the mother to get her fixed.

Puppies are always cute! And these two totally over the top.

Any idea how the mix might turn out when they grow up ? I don''t think I have seen of heard of Shin & Chihuahua before...

Actually I have decided to take them.

Thank you for all the doggie compliments.

Valeria
What do you mean by "how the mix might turn out"?

I beg to differ.
This dog actually won the "Ugliest Dog" contest in Santa Barbara California.

Our new puppy is a Shih Tsu mix and he''s the sweetest little boy!

definitely cute! And I am with Jen in wondering why the mother is not fixed. Unless she is a show dog that has not had her spay because she''s being bred, why do people risk these things???

Oh too cute! Just adorable! I love them and the mom too.

We have a local Lhasa and she is not fixed. She''s in heat right now and I feel so bad for her! They didn''t get her fixed because, get this, they did not want to ''make that decision for her''. Ummm okay well who''s going to make it then?! She''s 2.5 years old now and still not fixed. They got a rescue mini pinscher this year and he is not fixed either. Why? Oh well maybe they are thinking they can breed him. Nevermind they don''t know a thing about breeding, but maybe it''d be ''fun''. But not to the girl of course. So poor little girl has to wear a big diaper the whole time she''s in heat in the house to keep the boy away from her.

I felt so bad for her, she looked SO HUNGRY for lovin''! and all the poor boy dogs in the park who have already been snipped of course wanted to hump her but didn''t know WHY they wanted to. It was kind of irritating for my friend here who has two boy dogs and the girl kept going for one of them and even though he couldn''t do anything, it made for an interesting 30 minutes at the park.

God forbid she gets out or loose while she''s like this. She''s an inside dog but come on!

That''s one thing I''ve never been able to figure out, either. We got both our cat and our dog when they were young...12 weeks for the cat and 8 weeks for the dog. As soon as they were old enough, they both got fixed. Our vet said that it''s not only a good idea of you don''t plan to breed them, but it''s even healthier for the pets to be fixed if they aren''t going to be bred, especially if they are female. Besides, even if they are exclusively indoor pets there''s always the chance they can get out!

What beautiful babies! Congrats to you!!

AAAHHHHHH TOO CUTE!!!!!

What are you going to name those two sweeties??

That is one CUTE combination!

You should get them spayed and take them home. You never know if they have a little bit of their "wild" mother or father in them!

They are just adorable!!! That''s great that you are able to take them both, so they won''t get lonely!

I love the "family" picture. Mom is so cute and the puppy on the right just looks so content! Congrats on your new family.
