Seriously, looks like a rocking time. Playa del Carmen has been my summer retreat o'' choice the past few years, but Aruba is on my list of must-go-theres. You may have bumped it up.

Thanks ya''ll. Yep... my mind is still there as I gaze out of a rainy window here in NY. The food there was also incredible. 2 places stand out ... one called Salt & Pepper which was in a little shopping center not too far from the hotel and a restaurant in the Wyndham hotel called Blossoms. This pic is of me having fun with an egg at Blossoms.

Good to see you back too Sir John. Hope everything went well and that your vacation was as pleasant as ours.

Looks like a great spot Rhino! Your camera and photo skills are impressive (but then we knew that from all those diamonds pics). Even I, who lives in 80 degree weather normally, thinks that beach looks pretty inviting right now. El Nino is hitting the West Coast.

Welcome back Rhino and I love those pics. I am having tropical paradise withdrawl symptoms (last holiday was September) Even though it''s ment to be summer here (in Melbourne) it''s still only like 20 degrees cloudy windy and rainy. I miss tropical weather

My sojourn to ye olde Tournament of Roses was filled with merriment, revelry and a Rose Bowl victory for those long of horn. However, in contrast to the shining warmth which didst kiss the hide of the good Rhino, some of my waking hours were fraught with rain, haze, and the accursed ickyness which didst ensue from yon muckery. Alas.

In the words of King Madsen the Left-handed… “Oh well.”
