And for those of you interested in the French Cut diamonds (because I was curious too! LOL), here's an oldie thread I found with a nice picture of the cut. I'm soooo loving it!!

I was originally thinking about baguettes but Victor thought the faceting wouldn't match as nicely with my rounds. So yeah, I'm really glad I went with the french cuts. They remind me of antique jewelry.

We have a very similar ring, just minor differences....but boy having a RB as a center looks so pretty!

Your ring looks a lot like Wintotty's beauty, they're both just droolworthy. I really love the French cuts in your band, they make a nice contrast to your center stone.

I'm thinking this might be our new trend, eh? Halos are still going strong, and antique-style cushions are all the rage, but I'm thinking your ring is the start of a new trend. I hope so, I'd love to see more of these!

I agree with Haven, it seems like tapered french cuts is the newest trend here on PS...but what a BEAUTIFUL trend it is!!! I hope we get to see many many more bc they are TO DIE FOR
