Is the left green a tourmaline Icy?
Omg @Crimson it's gorgeous!!!! You clever girl!!!! Is it a 2 for 1 convertible as well?
I love how it's beautiful and artistic but the first thing I think when I look at it is "Oh how clever, if she bangs it there's a good chance one of the little stones will take a hit instead"
This was another project that lasted several months, Some of you, esp @mellowyellowgirl @Autumn in New England and @ChaiK might remember these stones.

Here is the finished product.
I’ve been having major shrinkage issues so I’ve been planning a large gemstone diamond cluster ring for awhile now. I have a sizable center stone arriving tomorrow! It’s a semi iffy stone and may need a recut but I’m optimistic. I am super excited about the project, but I just had an icky customer service experience with the vendor (JTV). I’ll post the stone tomorrow when I get it. I will also definitely be sharing my negative experience but I think I need to calm down a bit first. Anyways I’ll attach my inspiration.
Is your new stone yellow like the inspo ring? I know you love your yellows! I'm interested to hear what happened with JTV. Do I need to beat someone up over there?
It is! But more orange toned than my other yellow stones. I was actually pretty open color wise for this project but this particular stone caught my eye as a potentially decent deal and I’m a sucker for cheerful stones! Ha ha please do! They are definitely on my black list now. Sucks for them because I had my eye on several stones and would’ve provided them with a lot of business. I am trying to take the evening to calm down and be excited about my project. I refuse to let my bad experience taint it. I will definitely be asking for opinions once I receive the stone. I’m hoping it’s a winner but if it’s not it’s heading back asap.
Positively BRILLIANT!! It just couldn't be more beautiful, then to have that level of versatility? You never cease to amaze me my friend. I do remember you sharing these gems with us previously, prior to setting them, but could you remind me of the center stone specs, please? Simply in love with this...
P.S. This stunning design reminds me of The Big Bang Theory logo.
Thank you dear @Autumn in New England! It is a 7.36 ct unheared cuprian tourmaline: the side stones are a mix of colour gradient spinels and pastel sapphires.
I am sending out my Jeff White lilac sapphire tomorrow to be set in the CVB Cora setting, I have sat on this stone for a while trying to decide what to do with it, hoping it turns out well!
Woohoo! Can't wait to see her all dressed up!!
