Out of curiosity, did it bother you to get an exercise book as an engagement present? Or had you guys asked for it (SanDiegoLady and matatora)

I read the pages in the book and I''m not so sure that you can flush out cellulite with lots of water, mine has been there since I was 12 and much much thinner than I am now. I have read that it is genetic in how the female body stores fat differantly from that of the male (the fat cells are "honeycombed"

Here is the Menu and instructions I received: Below you will find your menu for the week. Try to eat every three hours or so. Let me know what you think about the menu.
meal #1

1 cup of cereal cheerios
1/2 cup of milk 2%

meal #2

1 granola bar

meal #3

2 slices of whole wheat bread
3 slices of turkey
1 slice of cheese
1 tbs low cal mayo
lettuce and tomato

meal #4

1 apple
1 yogurt

meal #5

1 cup of pasta
3 oz of chicken
1 cup of broccoli
 
Mata- I bought the book. I probably won''t get it til next week. Let me know what your progress is (I want to lose 10 lbs in 7 months, totally doable but scary because I have never dieted before

1 orange
12 nuts any kind

2 cups of chicken w/starts
1 slice of whole wheat bread

Here is the second weeks sample meal. I am not doing the meal plan but I am still enjoying the program very much.

I am sorry you dont have it yet...that is a bummer. I am just enjoying having a plan again, make me feel more like I can do it.

You can do it Matatora! You got me looking around amazon and I bought Billy Blanks Bootcamp workout and my hubby ( slightly becoming chubby hubby ;) ) Is working out with me everyday.

I just got a trainer too.....sigh- why not before wedding? Ahhh well, it was before I put married and honeymoon pounds on!! :)

1 tbs peanut butter

small green salad
4 oz of grilled chicken
2 tbs of light dressing

Meal #4

1 whole wheat pita bread
3 oz of tuna in water
1 tbs low cal mayo
lettuce and tomato

Meal #5

1 baked potato
4 oz of beef
1 cup of green veggies
 
I got my copy! I plan to read it tonite, and get started this week.

1 English muffin
1 piece of cheese
2 tbs jelly

meal #2

banana

meal #3

chicken wrap
4 oz of grilled chicken
tomato

meal #4

2 slices of bread
1tbs jelly
1tbs peanut butter

meal #5

1 cup of rice
4 oz of grilled chicken or steak
1 cup of spinach
