CAD help!

I don't know... most stores carry a 6 or a 6.5, but you can at least see the proportions to tell if you'd like that version or not. You could call and double check though.
There is a .89ct size 6.5 on Ebay that I love the proportions of.

I'm planning on them creating a matching band :) So now the question is- thicker or thinner than the ering?

I'd go just ever-so-slightly thinner and the same as the thinnest part of the ering shank... so 2.36 if using these CADs.

Well, there ya go! I think you may have just answered your own question, @Wewechew! ;) Does the ebay vendor list the proportions of the shank? If not, you could simply ask for the diameter of the stone and have DK calculate the exact proportions based on that.

I do have the diameter of the stone ;-) Good idea!

To me, these are nice proportions for the style you’re looking for... even though it appears the band is thinner altogether.

I have that one saved. I agree, I like the proportions, especially since it would be thinner since my stone is smaller.

I like being able to customize with DK. But thank you for the suggestion :D

I totally get that, believe me! I just couldn't resist posting that one. ;)

DK sent a revision last night. I printed it out, made some changes, and sent it back this morning... and got his automatic OOTO response. NOOOOOO!!!!! :cry2:

No official notice but personal and work life has been crazy so ball is still in my court to get approved CADs back to DK. We tried to sit down the other night and discuss and got interrupted. But it's something I need to wrap up and get back.

Have you tried texting Amy? Surely in their absence they have someone at least keeping the office afloat.

Oddly enough I knew the owners of a family run operation several years back. When they took off yearly (around Christmas) the business just shut down, but they sent notices ahead of time so their clients didn't panic. All their employees were forced to take (paid) vacation during that time as well.

All the projects I've done over the years with DK have all been handled by email. This project isn't time sensitive and they deserve some time off with how hard they work. It was just disappointing to see it may take a couple weeks longer, but no harm done :-)

Closest to T&Co version: notice the reverse taper on the shank seen in the bottom right CAD.

These are the best Tiffany setting CADs I've seen so far! If I may ask, who can make this ring?
