WELCOME CHINA!!! Totally missed your posty-post. Congrats on your BFP and OB(viously) there is room for TONS more crazy preggos!!!!

Robbie - Love Lydia! Great choice. I too have turned away from some of the more common names, as I have a very unique-ish name

and want my kidlings to have a similar experience. Unique, but easy to pronounce. lol.

Speaking of easy to pronounce - love Alila! Pretty and lyrical. Another great choice!!

Fiery - I'd say Sophia is up for grabs. lol. The world is def big enough for the two cousins lol.

I too find boys names very difficult.

Courtney, I love Alila! I was actually hooked on Lyla for a bit before DH came up with Lydia.

Pave, that''s great that he gets a severance package. I think it''s better to be safe at a time like this. I must keep missing your posts because I feel like I have no idea what''s going on.

Hey, guys. Just wanted to quickly post. I only posted in here a few times b/c I was just 9 weeks. I got a call from my dr. today that said they reviewed the ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. I go in tomorrow to see about a d&c. Anyway, just wanted to let you all know that is why I won''t be back around for a while, but hopefully will return sometime soon. Thanks

oh Steph - that is terrible. I''m SO sorry

. I know how much you wanted a sibling for your DS. Please take care over the holiday - which may prove to be even more emotional than normal - but allow yourself to grieve this loss. My heart goes out to you. I''m just so sorry to hear this update.

Although it will be of little consolation right now, 2009 will bring new beginnings and a fresh start. Again, I''m so sorry. (((hug)))

Steph, I''m so sorry for your loss

. A lot of us on the boards here have suffered miscarriages in the past, so if you ever want to talk about it know that you''re not alone and we''re here for you. ::hugs::

I''m so sorry for your loss, Steph.

Steph, just wanted to pop in and say I''m so sorry for your loss!

Oh Steph I am just so so sorry! Early pregnancy is so difficult because these types of things are just so common, but they are also so so heartbreaking! If it helps at all, both of my close friends who had this same experience got pregnant again soon after. I'm sure it will be the same for you!

{{{{HUGS}}}}

Oh Steph, I''m so sorry. Please take care and come around whenever you need support.

Steph, sorry to hear this! Give sweet Andrew some extra hugs tonight.

Pave, sorry to hear about your hubby''s job. Hopefully like you said it is a hidden blessing. I never lost my plug but it means labor is near. How near only time can tell. Enjoy these last few days. Your life is about to change FOREVER!

NF, hang in there girl 2 more sleeps at the most before you are holding your beautiful boys.

Sabine, glad to hear everything looks good! What a relief.

All other mamas in waiting, take care. Enjoy this holiday season. Indulge in some extra cookies. And give all your bellies an extra rub from me

Pave I definitely think you are gearing up for something good! I will be thinking of you in the days ahead, and hoping you a great L&D and also hoping that the doctors were all WRONG and your little baby is healthy and vigorous!

As for me, I just found out today that I have two more job interviews!
23.gif
One is driving distance, but the other requires that I fly... I scheduled it for as early as possible--the first week of January--when I will be 32 week preggo. The university pays for all my travel, but I am going to use airmiles to bring DH along, I just don't feel comfortable going so far by myself when I am that pregnant.

Lurkers and mommas: Has anyone else flown that late in their pregnancies? How did you find it? I will get a note from my midwife stating I am safe to fly... do you think I need to do anything else?

I never did it, but researched it. You should be fine at 32 weeks, they usually don''t restrict singleton pregnancies until 36 weeks on most airlines. But it is a great idea to bring your midwife note.

And CONGRATS!!!

I flew at 36 weeks during my second pregnancy. It was only a 2 hour flight and I had a note from my doctor. I don''t recall it being particularly unpleasant, but that could be because I was busy trying to get my then 17 month old son to sit still.

Thanks neat and softly! I called the airline and I can fly wheneve, but I need a note from a doctor stating that I am healthy and it is safe for my to fly (and the note must include dates and weeks preggo in it)... they will not accept a note from my midwife, which is highly annoying
38.gif
I guess I will have to go see my family doctor and get a note from her!

FYI...

Good Morning America just announced a recall to the Majestic high char from Evenflo(w?). Apparently parts can become loose. It was a brief segment, so I don''t have more info.

Steph - So sorry to hear that news. Please take care of yourself during this difficult time.

I just have to say that barring any complications in 24 hours my DH should be holding our babies and I should be headed toward the recovery room to hold them myself!!! Ahhhh. Crazy.

Except of course tonight we are supposed to get 8-10 inches of snow. And I am supposed to be at the hospital at 6:30am. Interesting...

Neat I am so excited for you and your husband. One more day. Wow.
