I''m not excited that it falls on a Tuesday, but it''s a great birthday indeed!!!. I was remember my past birthdays and I''ve been one busy girl in my 30s!. My 30th birthday - couple of months engaged, 31st - couple of months married, 32nd (now!) - a few months pregnant!....and 33rd I will be a mommy!
Me too! Hope it works out, but better to start fresh on a full nights sleep and with some food in the tummy anyways!Date: 4/28/2009 11:31:49 AM

I just snuck a few goldfish crackers. I was starting to feel sick!! Well, I called at 10 and was told to call back at noon. Apparantly 11 nurses didn''t come in this morning because of the flooding. I had to find this out once I called my OB. The nurse didn''t offer up that information.
If I''m turned away again at noon, then I meet with my OB who said she wanted to check the fluid around the baby. If it''s even a little bit low, the hospital will be inclined to get me in. I''d prefer to just start over tomorrow when they have a full staff, honestly.
Uggh - what a PITA. I would opt for the full staffing as well, but getting yourself emotionally ready and then having to put things back is no fun!Date: 4/28/2009 11:31:49 AM

Mela- ARGH, now I am undecided again on your le bebe. Since you are my twin, and you are all belly and you did have similar cravings, hmmm. Is Romeo edging out front again???? Though Ebree is always wrong. Hmmm. I am going to ponder this and come back. I can 'see' you having a boy. But for some reason, I 'hear' Luna and not Romeo. Ok, that sounded weird.
Blen - We have long drapes in EVERY room of the house (it feels). So, HimHer is just going to have to LEARN not to pull. It will take a lot of disciplining on my part, but honestly, I''m not about to go changing all my drapery. Maybe pinning it up for a while...but not changing it.Date: 4/28/2009 11:46:50 AM

mela - i''m sure you already know this, but my vote''s on romeo. your nursery is adorable!and we have long drapes too, in living and dining rooms... will need to take care of that at some point.

Mela - I love the nursery!
Just out of interest, what are you doing re the changing mat? Did you get the fabric things that go on top or are you using towels or just going to wipe it down? I was looking to see if any of the medical shops had some kind of tear off disposable pad thing or similar.
I''m voting BOY for you (lentils and no morning sickness are convincing me on this!)

mela- What was your BD pattern again (if you don''t mind sharing)? Wasn''t it just once, on day of O, or am I confusing you with someone else? If so, paired with the fact that we''ve had very similar cravings, I''m going to guess BOY. Sure, I have a bad track record, but those were all ''gut'' guesses- I''m using information to guess this time!
