Thank you so much @Diamondgirl1702 for sharing the ring with scalloped prongs.

I think that is the perfect look.

I tried on some things in person and think the tapered tri-shank won't be as delicate as I'd like, so now I am having trouble deciding what would pair best for the shoulders and shank style?

Does anyone have thoughts?

I love it! And also really like the petal basket. It just feels more natural with the scalloped look
Re the shoulders... what about Canera's Pauline leaf? Rounded closer to the diamond

Oh that’s pretty! I’m realizing I like when the cathedral gets narrower towards the stone so I’m not sure if this would work - the taper is a look that really flatters my finger!

I LOVE IT!!!! Such dreamy pastel shades. Perfect with your skin!!

I vote for this one then. I think at least one rounded corner is needed to pull it all together with the scallop edgeIMG-8909.jpg

Just sent her off to Inken! :appl:

I am going with the more true petal look, not unlike the Cl140 from Danhov but a different design with more vintage flair.

I will keep everyone posted!

That is gorgeous! Love love love.

How long before you get it?

Thank you!!!

I think we are shooting for completion before Christmas! I’m soooo excited. After all this deliberation- I went with something rather simple but I can always use the celestial setting for something else!

So exciting! I love the little extra milgrain cutout detail

Um, wow it is so much prettier IRL.

I also want to say, Inken was an absolute pleasure to work with from end to end. I fully intend to bring custom projects to her in the future.

I thought the petals had a little "heft" in images and expressed concerns to her...she was super patient and encouraged me to see it IRL...I was very wrong, and she was very right! It is super delicate and the milgrain is so little.

Just a few quick snaps.

So beautiful, and it's the perfect unicorn set when paired with your sapphire band. :love:Now, go put on your new magical pearls and swan around some. Find excuses to point and turn your head.:cool2:

The milgrain detail is stunning! Congrats!

You are so sweet. I’m absolutely decked out on in jewelry today as you can imagine! Haha. I’m elated with my little collection!

beautiful!
how does it feel having a soli...compared to your previous three stones?

enjoy! adding to the floral basket thread. =)

Beautiful!! So delicate and feminine!

AHHHHH! It is so pretty and love it with the pastel sapphire band. That milgrain on the prongs is so delicate and perfect, it really came out beautiful.

Honestly, I’m SO glad I chose a solitaire. The diamond looks bigger, and really is center stage. I think it got a bit lost with sides stones and I think the higher set head helps a bit too. My 3 stone was very low set - it was comfortable but swallowed the stone a bit too

Thank you so much!!! I love how they all look together! Like a little garden :)

Thank you so much! I’ve also been curious - did you ever get your diamond crescent?

I did! So sorry I have been MIA. I’ve had a lot going on the past few months. I will post it in the other thread. I’ve been enjoying wearing it as a hair piece and brooch.
