Just thought I''d post a thread to see if anyone is available to go to the Gem Show in a few weeks, Dec. 7,8,9th. I will only be able to go that Sunday from ~2-5 p.m., but don''t let my schedule restrictions influence the rest of you. DeeJay, knowing you, you may be there all three days, lol!

Oh I wish, Monarch! Do you live there? I grew up in the south suburbs and moved away a long time ago. I''d love to visit Chicago and go to a gem show. Can''t make it this time, but what fun!

LOL Irish, I might have to be your "date"! I gave my free admission coupon to one of my clients (in an effort to get her to go with her husband so I don't have to spend three solid days in a row at the show, ha ha... ).

And Haven, bling hunting is much more fun that house hunting. (Hope they don't revoke my real estate license for saying tha!

I''ll check in with you girls as soon as I know if I can make it, I REALLY want to be able to make this one! I ended up going to the last show all by myself (not that one is every alone in a room full of jewelry . . . )

I''m in for Sunday... (sorry to throw the Sunday wrench into planning, btw) hoping to meet from 2 p.m. to 5-6 p.m.

Currently I have been working 12 hour days (today was light at 10.5 hours) - and I had to work all last weekend too.

Still looking to be there; but I do have to help my parents in Madison this weekend too.
