This came out great! I love the design of double chain for the fully drilled black pearls.

Thanks all -- glad you liked my humble first attempt at pearls. I can't take credit for the design on the fully drilled pearls -- the nice lady at the store came up with that. You could also do it with a pearl with a smaller drill hole by making a wire loop on each end and attaching chain to the loops. That wasn't an option here because the holes were large. It might be more stable that way, and I might try this with a pair of baroque pearls from one of the ebay sellers if I can ever figure out what I want. Thanks everyone for all the inspiration pictures and suggestions! I have a feeling this is the beginning of yet another addiction.
