I know you wear your five stone with a band, right? It is such a classic look. How long do I have to wait after buying this ring before I can buy another ring? Lol
Thank you dear! It's absolutely gorgeous! Congratulations and Happy Anniversary.
Yessss I will get on all those! Dang work and kids are getting in the way of bling picturesWoo hoo! It’s gorgeous it looks like it was made for a queen and that’s youIMHO the two rings look good together.
Spotlight lighting shots! Undertree shots! Steering wheel shot!
Thank you for coming along! I am very happy to have it on my finger and I’m really looking forward to the styling options when I get some lore bands. But I also feel a little bitter sweet the project is done. What the heck am I supposed to do with all my time now??It is just amazing and I am so happy for you! So much work and thought went into the entire ring - setting AND stones - and the attention to detail is evident.
It has been such a fun journey to follow, and why I really love Pricescope. Someone mentioned above that they were a little sad that it is over. I feel the SAME! Thank you for taking us along for the ride with you.
It is such a stunner of a ring and perfect in every way on your finger! Congrats!
That's just gorgeous! Congratulations on 20 years!
Thank you for coming along for the ride!Congratulations on your new ring and your 20th anniversary ! I enjoyed your journey in creating this stunning work of art!![]()
Just trying out this ridiculous pairing for @Inked and @oncrutchesrightnow
My husband said it looks tacky. My instinct was to say the same lol. It’s a lot of bling for me on one finger!
But I think it could work for me in a fancier social setting, like a wedding or New Year’s party or award ceremony. I wouldn’t wear any other jewelry, just these rings. No watch or earrings or bracelets. And I’d dress very monochrome, like a long black dress, maybe a long string of pearls. My long hair loose to keep it less formal. I feel like I could pull that off and enjoy this look.
I think they look great together and not at all gaudy. I don’t always like that combination but those two rings look like they belong together. Just start planning for another right hand ring - lol!
Gaudy?? What is this word you speak of?
Well you know I am a huge fan of this look! Embrace that inner gaudiness![]()
Honestly I don't think it's too much at all, both pieces compliment eachother so well! I hope I am influencing you in all the right ways, lol!!
Well I definitely consider both of you to be a couple of really classy dames with beautiful collections, so if you like it then I do too!
Definitely the right influence!
We’ve both been around these parts for a while. I feel like this BIG BLING look is kinda retro?? Like, early 2000s into the 2010s. For a long time everything was micropave and more recently plain yellow gold. Three stone with massive eternity/five stone harkens to a different jewelry style era. I’m enjoying it especially as I am now a “woman of a certain age” and I think being a little over-the-top stylistically can be a privilege of that phase of life.
I showed my irl friend this gif I learned how to make thanks to @Inked and she said “I love them together though that is a statement! A sparkly statement!”

Thank you so much! I admire your amazing collection of old cuts and pearls, I can’t wait to see what comes next for you.@Dreamer_D you put so much love and work into achieving this perfect five stone! I’m amazed by your discerning eye as well as your perseverance- congrats on a stunning piece and on your 20 year anniversary!
Yes I think it was worth the wait. Your set was inspiring to me, now all I need is a plain band. I love the antique gold but it makes matching metal for a band challenging!Oh Dreamer, it was totally worth the wait and all of the hard work you put into this gorgeous ring! So happy for you. Happy 20th Anniversary!
Thank you for all your support along the way!Happy anniversary!! It’s just sublime! The details in the gallery are so beautiful. Congratulations!
Thank you for your advice and participation in the project! Yes, this is definitely a once in a lifetime piece for me. I’m so happy to have it. I’m really enjoying wearing it.What a stunning ring! I absolutely love it!!! Your care and attention to detail really shines through - it’s a once in a lifetime piece <3
The baskets are perfection - I adore the design!
Yay for fleur de lis galleries! Your ring was a huge inspiration and thanks so much for coming along for the project you were one of my ride or die collabs!Oh @Dreamer_D the ring is perfection! Fab finger coverage and I love all of the band pairings, too-Congratulations!
<3 thank you!Absolute perfection! Congrats on your anniversary and many more to come!
They did a great job and the process was very smooth and easy. I absolutely counted your vote for team BIG BLING lol I still need to get used to rocking that look but I think with practice I’ll get there lol can’t wait to see what you come up with for your new rock!God bless, David and team knocked this out of the park! That profile view is divine and so clean!!! Just an absolute beautiful ring - and FWIW I enjoy the two larger rings together![]()

Those rings are just beautiful together and not too gaudy at all! I'll bet it is such a "wow" look in person!
And my brain right now is saying, "Maybe I COULD wear a five stone with my three stone..." See what you've done here? Just all kinds of inspiration/bad influence! Lol
Seriously, I love them together!
I spent so much time in this thread when deciding on proportions and I realized I never included my final dream ring!
Here she is: my 2.091 K ACA with 1.4 ctw (.7 each) K ACA side stones in a slightly modified platinum Butterflies setting. (Thanks to @yssie for the AMAZING setting design and to @the_mother_thing for the idea of little semi-bezels on the ends!)

Yes it is a wow look. I’m not 100% comfortable with it because of course, it is not only a thing of beauty but also a display of wealth that still feels a little weird to me in the full context of my life. But I liiiiiike it a lot so I think I will get used to it. And for variety of “lower key” days I can wear the five stone in its own. Hopefully with a plain gold band eventually.
If you are talking about this stunner than absolutely you can and should create your quadex five stone to wear with it! Now that would be bling bling! It’s a fun option!
These are me favourite proportions. Sometimes I ponder larger side stones for my ring but the setting is so nice it seems a shame to change it.
YES! That is it! And thank you! I really went back and forth (and back and forth) on the side stone size, but knew deep down I'd never change them once I spent money on this setting. (Because I hate to feel like I wasted money on something!) So, I went as big as I could with the proportions!
Your three stone is gorgeous as is, and I love the proportions. I really think it looks just right with your five stone. Your center stone really pops and it's still so blingy!
The Quadex five stone is going to be fun if I ever get there. LOL They're smaller stones (.30's) But they're such a pretty set and look so happy together! I had thought about a mixed stone kind of thing, or even a graduated one, but once I saw all of these lined up, I knew they were meant to be a five stone ring! (I really think I bought every K Quadex BGD had!)
I don't want to highjack your amazing thread at all, but here are a couple of pics of them lined up. Aren't they so cute???
