Dress 3 and dress 4 are beautiful on you. I don''t care for dress 1, and dress 2 is just ''okay''.
I agree, I love 3 & 4!!! Both elegant and really lovely on your figure :)
What they said...

I also agree, I think 3 is just beautiful and compliments your figure so well!

In number order though, I vote 3-4-2-1(not crazy about it)

Good luck choosing one!

Numbers 3 and 4 get my votes!!

I thought #2 outshone all the rest of them, although as the others have said, you have an adorable figure and they all look nice on you

i like 1 & 3. i think 1 is a little older & sophisticated, and is very figure flattering, while 3 is more rich & romantic.

you know, not everyone can pull off having a detail right at/below the hips like in dress 3, but you really can! the texture of the fabric & detail on the bottom are lovely.

i really like #1, its very flattering on you. I think it would look nice w/o the straps as a strapless dress.

Dress #3 is to die for! It made your figure look PERFECT!

Another vote for #4!!!

So strange how we''re all so different:) I came back to vote for number one AGAIN!! I was curious to see what others had to say, but man, #1 really DOES do it for me. I may be biased, because it''s the closest in style to my dress, but I just think it looks perfect!

I do agree that while you do look great in ALL of them, #3 does kind of make you appear bigger than you are. I''m not sure those big hip embellishments would look just right on anyone. That''s just my opinion though and there are definitely those that like it.

The question is...

Which one do YOU like?

Oh dear - you look fabulous in ALL of them - your figure is beautiful for wedding dress wearing! Do we have info on the venue and time of year?

Having said that, i prefer #2 to the others (only ever so slightly more than #4) because i love the simplicity of the satin and the minimal beading on it....i think its elegant and timeless and most people could not wear that dress and look so perfect in it.

#4 is A VERY VERY close second - i love all the ruching and wrapping on that dress! the only reason i picked #2 over this one is like i said above, you can pull it off and it looks great on you.

#1 is beautiful on you and i would choose that one next - it fits you like a glove and looks beautiful if you are going for a more casual/romantic look.

#3 was pretty, but i don''t think i prefer the dropped waist as low as it is. I like dropped waists in general, but i think the ones that are dropped VERY low (like this one) aren''t always the most figure flattering. I disagree, however, with the statements about it making you look larger than you are - i just think it doesn''t emphasize the "best" parts of your figure.

ditto to this - which one DO you like the best????

I like numbers 1 and 4! They look fabulous on you.

I love 1 followed by 2.

I think #4 is my favorite. It''s so flattering. #1 is my second favorite if you could get it without the straps.

I think the sash on #3 makes your hips look wider than they are. I think it takes away from your nice hour glass figure.

Kelli, I''m totally with you on number 1! I think it''s the most flattering by far and just a great dress. I''m surprised that so many don''t like it.

#1 is gorgeous and slimming. My favorite!!!!! I think it looks perfect on you....then #4 is not bad.....

I love 1, 3 and 4! They ALL look fabulous on you, it''s just a matter of what style you like the best.

I

dress #1 but I think dress #3 might be the most flattering on you, IMO.

#1 (without straps) is my favorite followed closely by #4 for me! You look lovely in either one of them.

Which one do you like best?

#4! Though they all look great on you

I love #4 and #1, in that order. All of them are gorgeous on you, though! You will make a beautiful bride!

You are all too kind! Dress shopping has been a little tough for me because my mom is no longer living... I''ve had a few friends come along, but its just not the same.

Violet - the wedding in be in October. It will probably be a late afternoon/evening wedding in a church and the reception at a smaller country club.

Kelli - I''m surprised more people didn''t go with #1 too! It is gorgeous in person. It is a LaSposa dress and made so beautifully compared to any other lace gown I tried on. I highly recommend them.

Anyway, #1 was my favorite UNTIL I tried on #4, which I love!!

I think it was just made for a petite person, esp. with the empire waist. I have reservations about number 1 because I would be buying the sample and its 3 sizes too big. The alterations would cost a lot and I''m not sure how it would fit when its done. I do think the lace to die for though.

My reservations about 2 and 3 are that I''m standing on a pretty tall box in the pictures. I''m only 5''2, and I think once those are hemmed to fit me they are going to make my legs look super short, while 4 is more elongating.

I appreciate all of your input and happy that you loved 4 as much as I did. I''m about 90% sure I''m going to order it this week!

Here is another picture that shows the dress from the back. I fear that its too plain... but simple is very much me. And I think the train is a perfect length.

I totally agree that #4 is the best!

You look wonderful in it!

By the way, any chance that you are in OH? That bridal salon looks painfully familiar.

I also like plain, but I don''t think this is too plain at all. Elegant is often simple, but that doesn''t mean it is plain. If you are really worried about it, though, the dress gives you a lot of options with veil and jewelry options and you could really use accessories to "wow" your look.

katamari - yes, I am in OH... I was just thinking I should''ve done a better job blanking out faces in a couple of those pictures.

I actually heard some pretty bad things about the place, but I had an outstanding experience there.

Did you have a bad experience?

No, I actually really liked the consultant I worked with, I just didn't find a dress I liked. Two of my closest friends have gotten their dresses there, though. I ended up getting my dress at the Running of the Brides at Filene's.

And, don't worry, I don't recognize/think you can recognize the people or anything, just the shop. I think that is a really unique set up (with the shared mirror, the row of chairs, and the wall-o-bouquets), and I was like, "I think I have been there." I was just amazed they let you take pics. I went by myself and asked if I could send some to my mom and you would have thought I asked to do a human sacrifice.

Yeah, the only reason she let me take a picture of that one was because I put down a deposit. Like, I said, I was 90% sure, just needed a little confirmation.

The other pictures were all from other stores. I think its crazy how many don''t allow pictures.

Beautiful dress -- No. 4 was my favorite by far! You look great in it too!

Glad to see there''s more votes for it now!

Anyway, #4 was my second favorite and it looks amazing on you. I wouldn''t call it "plain" at all. If my fiance had his way, mine would be more "plain" anyway. But, you can always add crystals to an otherwise un-embellished dress!

JR320 - I love #4 on you!
