Both of these sapphires turned out so pretty in their settings!I forgot to put my opalescent sapphire ring here. Well under the $limit. The sapphire was a mere $100, the setting $500 via Etsy. Quite pleased.

I‘m new to the forum and want to show you my favourite men‘s ring <1250$.
You probably won‘t see such a piece in an elegant jewellery store (more likely in an antique shop), but it‘s definetely my most special piece to date.
It‘s an antique english (1860s) 18k gold ring with an ~5ct natural amethyst. The floral foliate engravings on the ring band are so detailed and clean. It has a resize mark and no hallmarks, Size R.
Cost me around 500$.
