I finally got some of my stones set! This one meets the criteria The stones are a tsavorite and pink sapphire, setting is a custom modification from Golden Bird in 14k yellow gold. Total cost came in under $800.
It's tiny but mighty! I'm calling it "watermelon sugar" and it'll make me happy this summer!

I love this! Did you send your stones to India to be set and if so, were you nervous about that?
I has this made for my sister with colored moissanites from GoldenBird!

Did I miss the story on this? Love that setting ! With that perfect pink stone. How was this under 2k??
I must know how I can have something like this for that price! Wow! Are you sharing vendor info?
What a beautiful detailed ring for $1000!I have something to add! Peach tourmaline from Michelle Mai, peach sapphire melee, and setting by Daniel M. Came in right around $1,000.
Custom peach tourmaline ring project with Michelle Mai and Daniel M

Starlanka!
Obviously if you use bigger diamonds, buy bigger stones etc, the price will go up but their quality of work and service is excellent! All my recent rings have been made by them.
I’m so impressed by the quality of the workmanship. I’ve bought a stone from them before and had a good experience, but next time, I’ll definitely consider having them do the setting too.
