Just got my Victoria''s secret coat-- the buttons are almost falling off! They didn''t actually sew the buttons on, just wrapped the thread around them!! Oy. And the color is almost black; doesn''t look purple at all.

Had to replace it with this one from Nordstrom''s-- sure hope the quality is better!

Gosh Misysu! Weren''t we just talking about how terrible the quality is from Victoria''s Secret?! That just makes me sooooo angry for you! How cheap do you have to be to not sew BUTTONS on correctly!

And I have to agree....I like the 2nd one miles better!!!

Hey Cleo- no kidding! I thought I couldn''t go wrong with a coat from them. Yeah, they threaded the buttons through the material, then just wrapped a crapload of thread around the buttons to secure them with the loose ends just flying all over! They would''ve started falling off my first or second wear! It''s really inexcusable.

I hope that this Nordie''s coat will be better in quality. I''m sure it has to be better, considering it''s a brand name?

BTW, glad you like it better! I hope I do! The color is definitely more what I wanted (I''m in this crazy plum purple phase.)
