The Javitz Center in NYC. I go there a lot for trade shows for work. It''s a step cut but it''s freaking unbelievable how much it lights up and turns colors.
I also like my ring in diffused afternoon lighting, in my house. You can really see the steps clearly, and the stones look bright-white.

That is why i love step cuts. Nothing beats those broad flashes of color... .....
