Final fitting picture!

Hi all.

I had my final fitting this morning and I thought you all might like to see the final result. It doesn't look much different from the last fitting picture apart from the fact that the problem with the bulge at the left hand side of the bodice is gone and the halter neck strap is the right length now. You can see the seamstress' head behind me, sewing on some beads that had dropped off.

I am very happy with the results. I made sure I was wearing the jewellery I will be wearing on the day and that I had my hair looking similar to how it will from the front on the day also. It won't be scraped back as severely though.

Aw, thank you everyone. I was SO worried before the fitting that I would still be on the fence about the dress but as soon as I saw myself in it again today I loved it again. My Mum loves it more and more with each fitting too. The photo really does NOT do it justice at all though, without being able to pick up all those sparkly details etc. I think it looks SO much better in person so I hope our photgrapher captures it well for me.

ilovesparkles - This is the best close up I have of it at the moment, sorry it is a little blurry. It''s a bridal floral alice band from Accessorize here in the UK. It''s just a silver alice band, the flowers are made up of white pearly middles completely surrounded and encrusted with clear crystals. It gives off major sparkle in the rght lighting.

Merry, don''t be silly, there''s no one-size-fits-all bride! You are beautiful. And in my experience the most obvious way that any woman looks gorgeous as a bride on her wedding day is through the happiness she exudes, not some number on a tag.
