dazedland-She was completely surprised. She did see pricescope and other diamond images on my computer when I forgot to close the screens. I played it off that I just helped my friend to purchase his engagement ring; she bought it.

She really thought I would propose sometime in September when we will go on our vacation. I steamed some fortune cookies and put the ring in there

After our picnic at the Valley of Fire, I offered some fortune cookies as dessert. Anyhow, after she saw the ring, I knelt and said some sweet stuff and then proposed. She quickly said yes and just stared at the ring for a while. It has been two days now, but she continues to say "I can''t believe it and I can''t believe you didn''t ask any of my girlfriends for help either"

Puh-leeze, I don''t need her girlfriends'' help, I got pricescopers
