And what if you do not like your seat mate? Are you belted in in case you drink too much and tip over?!

Thank you very much DF for liking my question; I too was wondering the tipping over question! You and I both would be saying we want down; we could sit by each other too me thinks.

Well, these are important details one would like to assume have been thought of before. People afraid of heights need not attend!
 
The bathroom concern is addressed; they lower the table down between courses.

Hahah, I found out about one of those in Sweden a number of years ago and said I always wanted to do that too. Quebec is probably more feasible, once I''m back home in the US!

Oooh... The Quebec City ice hotel is fantastic! I've seen it and visited it and it's grand.
