Okay well it's been a fabulous day. Got lots of calls and emails from family and friends and bunch of animated e-cards..which are so fun. Got a few birthday songs on voicemail and one great one with a chorus.

One of my girlfriends sent me the funniest e-card, and Portia was sitting next to me with her nose right against the laptop grille/speaker and was cocking her head back and forth while it sang. It was SO priceless.

My co-worker and friend decorated my cube and got me TWO ice cream cakes because she wasn't sure which I liked, she's too cute. When I got home I had two sets of flowers waiting for me, one from my PS twin, Aljdewey and one from a great group of friends! I love flowers!

So now I'm waiting for Greg to get home so we can go have our yummy dinner and I hopefully get my SECRET gift (aka LV purse)...tee hee. Thanks for all the well-wishes and birthday notes...it's been great!

This is a great thread! It has a lot of cake (one of my favorite food groups) and chocolates as well. I wish you both a happy birthday, too. I have an "excused" tardiness. I had to make another trek to Connecticut from Virginia yesterday, then spent from about 7:00 pm to 1:35 am in the ER with my dad, who was dizzy and nauseous. (He's in the hospital now, but I think all will be well. The doctors appear to think it is benign positional vertigo.)

I wonder if I can find another cake image?

Haha no I was just keeping the waistline in mind!! Virtual cake is soooo much better for the hips!
