Help me decide what to do with this small diamond

Yeah, you'd have to find a setting that would accept a square or rectangle stone.
But if you wear it as-is, you might come to love it.
I think it's really unusual and different!

I just had a thought @YadaYadaYada - how about a 3 stone but with the two sides as much bigger coloured stones in a different shape? Like 2 bigger coloured pears with the square sandwiched between them. I think it would look fabulous!

That is cool, I would wear it as a pendant as I am a little more conservative in the ring department but still, really pretty.

I don’t have a picture but I tried to mock something up on my computer to show what I mean.

what is your budget? that might help narrow down the ideas. I was thinking toi e moi since i think you said you had colored stones?? If so, then you'd only pay for having the setting made.
this is one of my favorites. I don't think you mentioned your finger size, which also may impact what you do.


I also love this setting for one somewhat smaller stone.

@Lookinagain my fingers are around a size 8. At this point I think I’m going for the toi et moi look because I don’t have one and I do have some stones that might work or be able to find a vintage piece in need of a stone. So that’s the plan

Please keep us updated. I'm working on a toi et moi myself right now with two smaller stones, one asscher/sq. emerald and a round like the emerald/diamond one I posted, but with a light brown diamond and a white diamond. I'd love to see what setting you choose and what you use as the second stone.
