Online (through ICQ Messenger). He messaged me on a whim, after reading in my profile that I went to the same college his father taught/teaches at, in the same department. I actually had his brother''s godfather as my baking instructor.. small world!

J and I "met" first on FB, oddly enough! He races Sportbikes (rockets) and a bunch of people I know became friends with him at the same time. I heard his name in conversation within my circle of friends but really had no idea who he was. He added me thinking he knew recognized me from an event (which was SOOOOOOO cheesy!) and tried to play the "You know so-and-so, I know I've met you before!" Bahaha!

Guess his goofiness worked, love the guy like crazy now!

After a couple of weeks of chatting the movie 300 came out and I couldn''t find anyone to go with me I mentioned it to him and we agreed to meet and see the movie. I met my boy one night at the University Pub during trivia night. Which is strange, given that he has no affiliation with the university.

My friends thought we were super cute and flirty, so they planned a party to get us together. Everyone but him seemed to understand it was a setup, but it worked!

Me and my boyfriend met through my ex boyfriend.

I remember thinking that he was really funny and that I liked him! (I hadn''t been with my boyfriend at that time very long and we weren''t very serious!)

When we met, he was also with someone else and I overheard them talking one night (before we got together and shortly after we met) that he though I was a cool chick and really liked me. In my defense, both DH and I were involved with other people when we first met. We became the best of friends over time. Around year two his GF broke it off and around year three I broke up with my BF. About a year later, DH and I kissed while building legos late one night.
