Oh my gosh Skippy, he is the cutest little guy! Aw...his little face reminded me of the Franklin books my kids love to read! I once found a turtle on our back patio, and we find toads all the time. I am such a sucker for animals!

Linda, hehe, he probably was hungry, out backyard is so lush and full of bugs and worms. I bought some bean sprouts thanks to Loreleis suggestion. hehe

He is pretty fast too, it is funny to watch! Oh I am sorry you mom didn't let you keep them as a pet, they sure are cute! hehe You should have one now!!!

My tortoise came back from hibernating this winter,

I was a little worried because this winter I found some pest control guy spraying in my backyard (I think he was new or something) and I was so upset and asked why he was here and he said oh I must have the wrong house.

I was worried the tortoise might get sick but I watered down the spray and now my little guy showed up, thank goodness.

I guess he knew it was spring.
