Thanks bebe!! There were no posts about this. I had these stones set in a trellis setting. Didn''t love it, so took it to Ron and we worked on the design together. It took a long time to make, but was worth the wait.... I ok''d every step, it was really fun. I knew what I wanted, and now have it. So wanted to share it with all of you.

I think you have great taste too.

If anyone needs a great jeweler I highly recommend Ron and Wendy at Optima Jewelers in Narberth PA.

What I meant was, there were no posts about picking the stones, and how to design the ring. You don''t know me, but I usually do threads, saying here are the stones, how best to set them etc... Yes there was a thread showing pics, but that was after it was done. And no one here knew I was working on a project. I wasn''t holding out, but have been so busy with my Mom who is ill. And has taken a turn for the worse.

Sorry for the confusion, but I think bebe knows what I meant. Even Deco was like what where etc....
I have been known for the long threads on the design process, just look up my asscher threads..

Thanks so much. No this will not be a ring I wear all the time. More for special occassions.. or depending on my mood. The setting was custom. Ron and I worked on the design together. I brought him the ring I didn''t love that was set in a trellis setting. We mapped out my ideas. We did some sketches, he got my idea completely. But he was a little taken back by the color combo. I teased him and said, well it will grow on you......

By the end of the process yes it did. I can''t thank him enough, he took a ring, I wasn''t thrilled with and made me one heck of an amazing setting... He''s a class act, and then today, took time out for a fun photo shoot. He and Wendy get an A+ in my book and have dealt with many custom jewelers...

Thanks Heather. Yes, Ashley is May, and she adores her birthstone, but that wasn't thought of while deciding on the stones and the color combo. I am not a fan of my birthstone.... So never bought into all of that.
