Sum, I think part of the happiness was coming from the fact that I was soooo happy that I''d decided to stand my ground on switching seamstresses, but 99.9% is because I love love love my gown!

Thanks basil! It''s a 3-hoop skirt with a small crinoline on top of that. The fullest my hoops could go (they''re adjustable) was just a little bit short of me not needing to get the dress hemmed, but adding the small crinoline on top of it fluffed it out just enough so that the length is perfect for me in my skechers
