Two more are on the way to me from Tan as well and I''ll add pictures of those when I receive them. I didn''t think I liked tanzanite...

I wasn''t brave enough to attempt real flower shots. Wind gusts were up to 30 mph today.

Wow, Tan is becoming "Mr. Popularity" around these parts!! Well, he has some nice stones for fair and decent pricing, so I can understand why. Enjoy your new stones. I think the tanzanite really pops!!

Wow, that tanzanite is electric! Definitely my favorite of the bunch.

Lovely! that tanzanite totally pops off the screen! Very good choices!!

Yeah, I''m eying that tanzanite with astonishment. I normally am not a fan, but I''ve mainly worked with it in more purple tones. If I could find one that looked like that....yum.

Very pretty! I love all of them!

Very pretty. Great colors.

well lookie at miss brandy..got herself some sweet stones..very very nice.."hurry get that squirrel..he grabbed one of my stones"

very nice! I love the colors. I have bought from Tan- but haven''t recieved my purchase yet- only because my MIL hasn''t shipped it to me yet- so frustrating. I hope mine is half as nice as yours!

Love that tanzanite!!!! Yummy!

Wow that tanzy is really something, other''s are nice too, but it really stands out! Love the flower shots too, as well as the squirrel with the good taste

Very pretty stones.

The tanzanite stood out for me too; it looks very sapphire-like with no gray undertones at all. What a great buy!

Thanks TL! If my memory serves me right it was you that had the initial Tan stone that got me to go check him out and feel comfortable enough to buy from him.

In indoor lighting the tanzy does look more voilety blue. Have you ever taken one out in natural light? I wasn''t won over until I took it into the sun light.

I hope so too Sarahbear! Please share pictures when you get your package! I was pleasantly surprised. His clarity grading system is pretty spot on gauging from my small parcel of sample stones. Even his SI stones aren''t bad and almost eye clean at normal viewing.

Thanks Chrono! I think I paid $20-$25 for the tanzanite. It was definitely on the cheap!

That tanzanite is something else, and to think I''d been specifically avoiding them like the plague!
