No Maisie, it has to come via USPS through the military APO system - and that can take up to 2 weeks! I might be uber lucky and get it today but I''m not hopeful! PLEASE get here today! If it doesn''t arrive today, I won''t get it until at least Monday as I have to leave town tonight. Urg.

Aw you are all so sweet! I have thought about little else but this ring since I''ve been gone. Fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow. I don''t think I can take much more waiting! The military side of things always takes longer but they have been unusually slow of late.

Still, can''t complain too much - our military boys and girls just rock!

I could not wait to rip that box open!

So I open the ring box and I was like, ''Oh that is so pretty!'' That is, until the sunshine hit it and then I was more like, "HOLY FREAKIN'' COW!!!!!!" It''s like a band of fire!!! I swear you could see it clean across the playground of my kids school! I have never owned a ring that fires sparks like this - it is astonishing. It''s also absolutely perfect. A real masterpiece. All you see is diamond - your eye picks up no metal at all.

Of course, the sun has gone in for the day.

I will try to get some pics tonight but they won''t capture anything like the fire this little baby puts out - WOW!

I do have one question for all of you who own a piece by Leon: the ring came completely on its own - no paperwork at all. Is that typical? I thought I would get at least a detailed receipt with weight, color and clarity listed. Any thoughts?
