I LOVE Sex In the City! Two, One, and ALLL the whole box set! I don''t care what the critics say! The actors are the same the writers are the same and the producers are the same and to me, as long as they keep that formula I will ALWAYS love every Sex In The City movie they do! I love those 4 women. I can identify with them and they crack me up! Absolutely Fabulous!
 
I absolutely have to touch up my roots tonight and I hate it and I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT and I will put it off as long as I can but it has to be done tonight!

Ugh, I''m so fracking tired this morning. I''m having some major allergy issues this week. When we went away over the weekend we somehow managed to leave our bedroom door open and the cats must have taken advantage and lounged all over the bed and pillows. I have three cats and allergies which I can usually manage well with OTC meds and keeping them off the bed. Actually it''s just one cat in particular who does it. He likes to suckle the blankets and I think it''s his saliva that triggers my allergies. Anyway, I hadn''t gotten around to changing the sheets after getting back and I didn''t put two and two together until it was 2 am last night and I was awake with a runny nose, watery itchy eyes and sneezing. Of course DH was passed out next to me so I couldn''t change the sheets then.

So I didn''t get much sleep and I''m feeling pretty crappy today

I''m having a blah day.
-I left my phone at home. I hate not having a phone on me in case something happens on the side of the road or something happens with DD.
-My hair is a hot mess.
-I''m really, really tired.
-I have a crapola amount of regular work to do but also all of these small side projects to get done.
-DD was dead asleep when I went to wake her up and she was so cranky. I don''t blame her. I wouldn''t want to be woken up either!

If I weren''t on a diet, I would go get myself a pastry for breakfast

the past two days have been sooooooooo hard for me to get my booty out of bed! i don''t know what the deal is, it''s like my body just wants to keep sleeping forever! opening my eyes is impossible. maybe i need to hit up the gym or something.

I just listened to a Glee spoiler. It's one of my favorite songs from one of my favorite musicals. I'm soooo excited for next Tuesday!
 
I wish BF were taller. It rained yesterday and I shared my umbrella with a coworker who's 6'6". I felt dainty and feminine and....small! I never get to feel like that (I'm 5'10"). It was really nice. It really is too bad I can't stretch BF a few inches - only 4" or so.

It''s a cute TV show on Fox about a Glee club. They sing all genres of music but they do an excellent job of covering some songs from Broadway musicals.

Boo. I went to give blood and got rejected because I''ve got a cold. Makes sense, but now I have to find another place to donate! This was so convenient - right by the cafeteria! Oh well. I''ll schedule another appointment in the next week or two. (And, in an exciting twist, I wasn''t nervous at all about donating! Normally anything involving a needle scares me, but not this time.)

Oh no! This was your first time, too, wasn''t it? After being so scared and everything, you get turned away? That''s too bad. At least it didn''t scare you off from gong back.
 
I''m super sleepy. I''ve been out of town for a couple days, and I had to come back today. My flight was at 6AM. Got up at 4. I was very productive when I first got back home, but now I''m on the couch and fading quickly. I think a nap might be in my future today. Either that or I''ll be in bed super early.

Luckily this was my second time, so I''ve gotten over the really scary part. At least now it frees me up to take advantage of the blood bus at the movie theater by my house - donate a pint and get 2 free tickets! Or maybe I can hit up A Pint for a Pint at Ben and Jerry''s....

I just read that Rue McClanahan (Blanche on Golden Girls) died from a massive stroke. I am a huge GG fan, bordering on obsessive, and I feel so badly about this. Betty White is the only one left now, kind of depressing.

It''s not there all the time, but they do try to make it easy for people to donate if they want to. You should be able to just go to the Red Cross''s webpage and look up when/where there are blood drives.
 
Rue McLanaghan (Blanche from the Golden Girls) has passed away. That leaves just Betty White. This makes me so sad...I love that show!

Oh, I saw this after posting. Makes me sad, too. After Bea Arthur died, I caught the series finale during a marathon, and BAWLED my eyes out. That show is so great, and all those women are amazing.

I feel like I''m spending all my free time exchanging things I have purchased because they are not the right size or are faulty and chasing the exact iteam to exchage it with around the city is a PITA and is wasting alot of petrol.

I''m glad to see there are a few GG fans here on PS! I just love the feeling of friendship that was portrayed on that show, and it''s sooo funny, so many great lines. Rue was just awesome in the role of Blanche, a very talented lady.
 
That show started in 1985, the year I was born. The fact that I can watch it 25 years later and laugh hysterically says a lot. It really was so well-written. They were real friends and when I watch it, I feel like I am one of their friends. LOL (I guess I am a little sappy today because of poor Blanche!)

I was reading through a list of people''s favorite Blanche lines...so funny. Such a great character!
 
I feel bad saying this, but FBIL annoys me to no end. He just talks SO much. About nothing!
