Thanks Packie and Dragonfly! This has been such an entertaining deal, the sellers realtor actually sent the sellers a two page HAND-WRITTEN note telling them it would be very unwise to pass up on our offer! My realtor said she's never seen anything like this before. Apparently sellers realtor is so sick and tired of working with the crazy sellers too. Huh!

The sellers wanted some extra time to finalize the deal because they had to go to their bank, and requested we postpone deadline to tomorrow. I refused and said the home inspector I want will not wait that long to hear back from me, considering we would like to get the inspection done this weekend. So, my realtor said SHE WOULD PAY for my home inspection It's not a big amount (450$), but it means I can put more money towards C&B furniture

I know exactly how you feel! I turned 27 in sept, and my husband teased the life out of me. You see, last year he turned 27 and I kept croaking about how he is now officially in his LATE 20's. Suffice to say, that came back to haunt me

I went shopping today for my trip to the mountains this weekend. I bought a hat, chocolate (for s'mores), and a bottle of merlot.
